mViva Pro is an enterprise application and you must be invited to use the application by an administrator. When added as a user, you will receive an email with instructions on how to install and register the application. Steps to install and register below.
- Receive registration email
- Click the 'Setup' button in email
- This will take you to a website and display a two step process
- Click the 'Download' button which will take you to the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android)
- Download the application from the store
- After verifying the application has downloaded successfully, go back to the website to complete the second step by selecting 'Set Password' button
- This will bring up the mobile application
- Set the password for your account
