The application allows you to create, modify, follow, and unfollow Patient-Centric and Peer-to-Peer cards. Along with this, it allows users to add text, images, videos, audio, files, and teleHealth sessions which will alert all followers of the cards via notifications.
A patient card is specific to a patient and displays the patient's most important information at all times. Providers can communicate with each other about and update the patient's information within the Patient-Centric Card Listing.
A peer card allows providers to communicate with each other about information not related to a specific patient.
