Ensure you are signed into the application.


NOTE: mViva only accepts PDF files.


Step 1: Instructions within Email or Files Application


  1. Select the PDF file 
  2. Press and hold on the PDF to view options
  3. Select the Share Button (iOS) or Send To Button (Android)
  4. Swipe left through app icons and select mViva. This action will copy the document to mViva.


Step 2: Instructions within mViva App

  1. In a chat thread, click on the add document icon at the bottom
  2. Select the PDF document you shared in the previous actions.
